Preparedness Consulting is led by George J. Giangi, an emergency management and security professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting organizations with vulnerability assessments, planning, training, and critical infrastructure protection.
George has led teams conducting hundreds of facility vulnerability assessments for government, private-sector, and nonprofit organizations. Assessment experience includes county 911 dispatch centers, courthouses, police departments, schools, faith-based organizations, hospitals, long-term care, food processing, manufacturing, and large industrial facilities.

George chairs the Business, Industry & Infrastructure Subcommittee for the South-Central Pennsylvania Counter-terrorism Task Force. He has also served in public/private partnership and emergency-management roles involving state and regional preparedness committees and teams.
He received the ASIS International 2012 Central Pennsylvania Security Professional of the Year Award.
